2007 Annual Sale and Members Showcase Information

The dates, rules and regulations, forms, and lists are reviewed each year. Changes for the current year's Sale are posted by September 1.

The 2007 Annual Sale will be held in the Exhibit Hall at the Boulder County Fairgrounds, corner of Hover Road and Boston Avenue, in Longmont.

	8:00am - 5:-00pm	Set-up
Wednesday, November 28	8:00am - 5:00pm	Set-up
Wednesday, November 28	6:00pm - 8:00pm	Members' Reception
Thursday, November 29	10:00am - 6:00pm	OPEN TO PUBLIC
Friday, November 30	10:00am - 8:00pm	OPEN TO PUBLIC - note later closing time
Saturday, December 1	9:00 am - 11:00 am	Additional inventory check-in
Saturday - Tuesday, December 1 - 4	10:00am - 6:00pm	OPEN TO PUBLIC
Tuesday, December 4	6:00pm - 6:30pm	Check-out for members working the last shift
	6:30pm - 8:00pm	Check-out for all members
	6:30pm - finish	Clean up and take down of props
Wednesday, December 5	8:00am - finish	Return props to storage
