Have a question or two about participating
in the 2023 HGB Fiber Art Show & Sale?

Here's four chances to have those questions answered!

Standards Circle Review

A few minutes of Standards Circle Review may avoid confusion or disappointment at check-in for the Show & Sale — particularly for first-time artists, and any new items being entered.

The 2023 Rules & Regulations detail the Standards of Acceptance and Readiness for Sale policies  that determine the quality and type of items presented for purchase at the HGB Fiber Art Show & Sale.

Accepted item basic checklist

[  ] Fiber or textile related
[  ] Involve significant hand manipulation
through one or more accepted techniques
[  ] Well executed and ready for consumer use
[  ] Meets all other 2023 Standards of Acceptance
      and Readiness for Sale requirements

Before entering items in the Artist Data Entry Program
or submitting items for the Juried Showcase

Items presented at check-in that do not conform to the 2023 Rules & Regulations risk being disallowed and removed from Monday Check-In inventory. Friday morning late Check-In is available for any item that may require additional time or effort to bring into compliance.

Sale Tech Committee & WhenToWork

Signing up for WhenToWork Shifts

STC will be available with a paper-based shift sign-up process offered as an alternative to the online sign up option.

WhenToWork is open to all Guild members - not just artists participating in the Show & Sale. Supporting the Guild by signing up for a shift is a wonderful opportunity to be an active part of the Show & Sale - meet other members, be surrounded by thousands of fabulous fiber items and share your love of fiber with others.
